ABOUT LONGEVITY GAMES

LONGEVITY GAMES

The Longevity Games is designed for everyone 18 and older.  Whether you're a novice, intermediate or proficient, all are welcome to participate in the Longevity Games events. We believe in working together to create a community that supports each other's health and longevity goals.

At each event you'll participate in a series of activities hosted at a running track, focusing on promoting longevity, good health, and overall well-being. It encompasses activities such as endurance, strength, and explosive exercises all geared towards improvement of quality of life.

Activities you'll be doing include squats, lie down/stand ups, hand walk outs (inchworms), lunge walk, burpee jumps/steps with laps around the track between each exercise.

The number you do for each activity depends on your athletic level, whether you're a novice, intermediate or proficient.  You'll be doing these activities at your own pace.  You are your own competition, always striving to do better.
